Favorite Class for PvE & PvP
What are your favorite classes for PvP and PvE (doesn't have to be just 1 for both, but 1 for each category). I'm curious to see everyones opinions on their favorite classes for each aspect of the game.

PvP: Ranger, Warrior, Necro, Monk for RA; Ele for HA; Ranger, Rit for GvG

If all was right in the gw world it would be Ranger sadly it isn't.
So for pve it Will have to be Mesmer and if I did pvp it would also probably be the same.

My Favorite PvE Profession is Mesmer - Been having a blast with mine for almost 6 years. 2nd place goes to my SoS Rit, for when I'm feeling lazy.
I don't PvP hardly at all, but when I do, it's with my Mesmer.

Used to be mesmer but then anet buffed them to a rediculously high level. PvE is just too easy and boring with mesmers and it feels like cheating in PvP. I also used to love rits in PvE. That came to an end when anet buffed spirits, as I seem to always be expected to run Spirit builds as a rit and I find those builds to be incredibly boring. Thus, my favorite character in PvE at the moment is probably the paragon (also, coincidentally, my title char). My favorite character in PvP is warrior or elementalist. Warriors are fun, but elementalists are more relaxing (aka, are easier to use).

PvE: I guess I would enjoy the assassin the most, not because of farming. It's just too bad I don't like anything about male assassins. (Bring on the GW2 thief)
PvP: Ranger all the way. Versatile, effective, a bit of everything? Well at least in RA, I honestly can't play any other class in RA and be as successful.

I've played all classes extensively, except for monk, in PvE. My favorite has been a scythe Para build. Constant 35% damage reduce, constant burn and AoE Scythe damage....been havin a ball with that.
Don't play PvP anymore........the platform sucks in GW so I gave it up.

Lies! If they were brave, they'd need less Armour! Also, see Defy Pain!
Anyway, mine:
PvP: Sin and ele, equally.
PvE: Nec and ele, equally. Depends on who I'm running with and if I need to carry them with OP prots.

Definitely Assassin for pve. For pvp it's probably Assassin or Mesmer.
